Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees is a film which has been into controversies since the Uri attack in Jammu & Kashmir. There were a lot of protests regarding casting Pakistani actress Mahira Khan in the film. SRK recently met Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray so that the film can be released smoothly. But here’s another problem that is surfacing the film now.
Shiva Sena has now sent a letter to Akshaye Rathi, the distributor of Raees catering to Chhattisgarh which threatened him of dire consequences if the film is released.
Rathi took to Twitter to share the threat letter, and tagged Shiv Sena youth wing President Aaditya Thackeray.
He then asked SRK fans to share the tweet as much as possible so that it could reach Aaditya Thackeray and action can be taken.
This is not the first time that SRK faced such an issue. A similar thing happened during the release of My Name is Khan.
