Shah Rukh Khan aka King Khan of Bollywood was recently seen in Gauri Shinde’s ‘Dear Zindagi’. And while the film did a great business over the first weekend, there is something that did not appeal the women.
SRK, while talking about the film, said something about being a feminist that was not appreciated by some women. Shah Rukh Khan, who was busy promoting his recent release with Alia Bhat, said during an interview that he doesn’t want to sound pro-feminist.
Here’s what he exactly said:
‘This film is extremely important not only for me but for them, too. I don’t want to sound pro-feminist and say that these girls have made a beautiful film, yaar, but they really have.
I’ve always said that I enjoy making films with women. I’m aware that they have this respect towards me, but I haven’t made them feel that way, they were just kind to feel that.’
And this did NOT go well with the women out there.
