NDTV India has been ordered to go off air for a day by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, as they feel that their coverage on Pathankot attacks revealed some strategically sensitive details.
While there is a lot of uproar on this decision, Junior Home Minister Kiren Rijiju sparked a controversy by saying that the reporters have a ‘habit’ of questioning the authorities.
And NDTV India’s Ravish Kumar asked a simple question about what they can do if they are NOT allowed to ask questions.
Well, Ravish did a special episode of his famous show Prime Time from where this Bagon Me Bahar Hai came out.
Ravish invited two mime artists to help understand what a person of ‘authority’ would prefer being questioned about.
In the show, the ‘authority’ refused to answer any question asked by Ravish, and then he ended up asking the ‘authority’ – ‘Bagon Me Bahar Hain?’. And that’s how it started trending.
