Deepa Malik made us proud by winning a silver medal at the recently concluded Rio Paralympic. She became the first woman to win a medal in Paralympic Games. And we respect her.
But apparently, not everyone thinks alike. Recently, Deepa Malik took a Vistara flight from Mumbai to Delhi, which got delayed by 45 minutes.
And while she was informing her parents about the 45-minute delay, she was asked to ‘chill’ by an air hostess of the airline.
Deepa Malik alleged that a senior member of the cabin crew was rude to her, asking her to speak softly while she spoke to her parents. And when Deepa objected, the air hostess said, ‘Sweetheart chill’.
