We all know that Prime Minister Narendra Modi met German Chancellor Angela Markel at her country retreat near Berlin over a private dinner. PM Modi said that he had a very good interaction with Markel. While both the leaders were busy in signing eight major deals today in Berlin, Twitter was busy trolling them.
After their meeting, PM Modi described the two countries as ‘made for each other’, while Twitter played a game called ‘Caption it’. A picture of both the leaders went viral on the micro-blogging site and one of the users asked the others to caption it. And what followed was nothing less than hilarious.

PM Modi was accorded a ceremonial welcome with military honours after which he introduced the Chancellor to his accompanying Indian delegation. In Berlin today, after meeting the German Chancellor, PM Modi said –
‘We are looking at outcome-oriented momentum in India-Germany ties and a quantum jump specially in economic ties.’
Both the leaders also addressed the stalled talks on an EU-Indian free trade and investment deal. And they are scheduled to meet again at a G20 Summit in Hamburg next month.
